Welcome to the Pacific Sea Wolves Online Registration for the 2017/2018 swim season! Registering and being online allows access to your own account enabling you to: maintain accurate contact information, declare swimmer for meets, see swimmer's meet times, make easily monthly payment of training fees and swim meets.
When completing registration "account fields" are for parent information and "member fields" are for swimmer information.
During "member" portion of registration remember to: (1) use legal names in the first and last name fields, (2) maitain name consistency with any other club swimmer may have been registered with in the past, (3) include t-shirt size. Swimmers will receive 2 team shirts and cap included in cost of registration. (4) read through and consent to all four agreements by checking the box at the end of each document
The $120.00 PSW Volunteer Assessment is only applicable to families with swimmers in Sea Wolves, Junior, Youth and Senior programming and will be charged on February 1, 2018 Each year, every family is asked to volunteer in some capacity. By volunteering you are able to earn back the volunteer assessment and actively contribute to our Club's success. Below is an outline of how volunteer points are recorded and their value. You are able to see points earned and recorded when logged onto your Pacific Sea Wolves family account page. Your family wil required to earn a total of 4 volunteer points throughout the season (February 2018 - June 2018). Each volunteer point is the cash equivalent of $30.00. Therefore, if your family compiles a total of 4 volunteer points during the balance of season, a cash equivalent of $120.00, PSW will credit your account this amount at year end. Areas to earn Volunteer Points in include: Mandatory Parent/Swimmer Orientation Meeting in September - 1 point per family Officials Clinics - 1 points per clinic Participation in Social Activities - 1 point per activity Officiate at Swim Meets – 1 point per session (each session 3-4 hours) Volunteer Positions (e.g. BOD) Attendance at the 2017 AGM - 1 point per family A letter will be e-mailed to families at season start with further volunteer details.
