Welcome to the DeKalb County Swim Team (Kishwaukee Family YMCA) Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer online registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You’ll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children’s swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.
At this time, payments for winter team fees will continue to be processed through our established billing system. This will include the initial payment being billed on September 21st with payment due by October 1. The second through sixth payments are the same amount and will be billed each month on the 21st, October through February, and are due by first of the following month, November through March. Registration Requirements:
1. All swimmers must be a registered member of the Kishwaukee Family YMCA. For more information on YMCA membership rates contact the YMCA at 815-756-9577 or visit their web site at www.kishymca.org.
2. DCST’s program fees are based on each swimmer’s practice group. More information about DCST’s practice groups is located in DCST’s Parent Handbook. If you are unsure of which practice group your swimmer belongs to, contact Senior Coach Brian Bickner or Head Age Group Coach Beth Marchewka at 815-756-9577 ext 28 or by email at dcst@kishymca.org.
3. DCST offers a two week trial period for new swimmers for $25. After the trial period, the $25 fee will be applied to the full season fee.
4. Practice Group Fees – All swimmers must pay a first month fee plus 5 monthly payments as listed below for each group:

5. All balances on your account from any past season MUST be paid in full or your registration will not be accepted.
* New swimmers are swimmers who are new to DCST or are returning after a 2 season absence.
