Welcome to the Lawrence Swim Team Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. This online registration process is intended for those swimmers who have already tried out and have been notified that they made the team.
You’ll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily sign-up for swim meets, for jobs, see your children’s swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.
You will go through the registration process to provide all the required information electronically and you will also need to pay the initial fees for swimming. These fees include: $50 LST registration, $53 USA Registration, $160 down payment and the first of nine equal monthly payments for team fees (the monthly fees for your child’s group are specified in the group description during the registration process).
Beginning in December, the monthly team fees will be invoiced to your account on the 21st of each month and charged to your account on the following 1st. For example, you will receive an invoice on 11/21/09 for the amount that will be charged on 12/1/09. (Please notify me immediately if there is a discrepancy with any invoice).
It is important, that you enter Insurance/Emergency Contact information by selecting the appropriate Tab on the first screen. It is also important to update your address and phone number(s) if they change.
You will be required to select your child’s group (based on their age on 3/18/2010).
