Please note: when registering for the the 2009/10 Fall Swimmings Clinics do not select sizes for tee shirts, pants or jackets as this is not offered

The SMST swimming clinics are designed for the swimmer who loves to swim or is involved in summer league teams and desires to improve their strokes and maintain contact with the sport of swimming during the off season. League rules allow swimmers to return to recreational swimming following this clinic if they wish to do so.
The 2009 Fall Clinic fees are as follows:
$215 for non-registered USA Swimming Athletes ages 15–18 (Fee includes USA Swimming Registration)
$165 for 2009/10 Registered USA Swimming Athletes ages 15-18*
$185 for non-registered USA Swimming Athletes ages 10-14 (Fee includes USA Swimming Registration)
$135 for 2009/10 Registered USA Swimming Athletes ages 10-14*
The 2009/10 Winter clinic runs from Monday November 23th - January 31st.
All practices take place at the Folsom Aquatic Center 1200 Riley St., Folsom, CA.
Stroke Clinic Practice Schedule
Ages 15-18 Monday – Wednesday - Friday 6:00 - 7:30 PM
Ages 10-14 Monday – Wednesday - Friday 5:30 – 6:30 PM

*USA Swimming registered athletes are required to show proof of registration by bringing thier 2009 USA Swimming Registration Card to the first day of practice on November 23rd.
