2009-2010 SWIM SEASON
Registration and swimming began Tuesday, September 8
for the 2009-2010 season.
If you are a swimmer new to CLSC, please contact
Russ Sampson for placement in an appropriate group. Swimmers
have 2 weeks to "try out" the swim club before registration is
required.
If you are a returning high school girl
swimmer, please contact Diane Mayer at pmmayer@aol.com to get an email review
of your tuition worksheet (see below). The treasurer can
either meet you at the pool (email to arrange this) or you can send
your registration form and check to: Diane Mayer c/o CLSC

PLEASE DO NOT HAND THE REGISTRATION FORMS OR CHECKS TO THE
COACHES; THEY HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED NOT TO ACCEPT
THEM. All swimmers in the pool must be registered
(except new-to-CLSC swimmers) so please register
immediately upon returning to Club practices.
Each family
will receive a registration form, meet schedule, account access
information, and a tuition "worksheet." The tuition worksheet
will add account balances (either credit or debit) from the 2008-09
season, 2009-2010 tuition, USA registration fee, and activity
fee to arrive at the amount that must be paid at registration
time. Checks can be made out to: Clarence Swim Club,
Inc.
The USA registration fee for this
season is $56 per swimmer (good through December 31st,
2010). The Activity Fee for 2009-2010 per
family is $100. This is a one time charge per family
made at the beginning of the swim season. Each family will
have until the end of the current swim season to complete a minimum
of 4 volunteers hours; once that is done, your account will be
credited back the $100. (If your swimmer is signed up for
Short Course only, hours must be completed by March 21, 2010.
If your swimmer is Year Round, hours must be completed by August 8,
2010. If your swimmer is Long Course only, completion by
August 8th.)
Meet entries and other club activities will be
invoiced to your account at this web site. Instructions on
how to view your account will be given at the time of
registration. Families are responsible for prompt
payment. Each family’s email address, the one put on
the registration form, will be notified monthly with invoice
reminders. However, a history of payments and current
amounts due can be accessed at any time via this web site.
Team clothing sales will not be billed through the web site this
year.
