MONTHLY FEES
The Douglas County Stingrays is a totally self-supporting team. We
receive no outside
money to help pay the team’s financial obligations and our
revenues are comprised of
only monthly fees and fund-raising efforts. Therefore, the
following payment terms
must and will apply to all members:
1. All fees must be paid by the 10th of each month.
2. Make all checks payable to Douglas County
Stingrays and note a description of
payment in the memo field on the check.
3. All payments should be either given to Christine Martin, John
Martin or Shannon
Miller. The preferred method of payment collection is by mail to
the below address:

4. After the 10th day of the month, a late fee of $15 will be
added.
5. The treasurer will give the head coach a list of families who
are in arrears on the
15th day of each month. Any swimmer who has an outstanding bill on
the 15th of
any month will be allowed to attend the current practice session,
but a sealed letter
will be sent home to inform the parents of the delinquent payment.
If the payment
is not made within three days or if payment
arrangements are not communicated to
the treasurer then the child is subject to being held out of
practice, swim meets and
other team events.
If a swimmer chooses not to swim for a month or longer, the
treasurer
must be notified in writing as soon as the decision has
been made. If this
is not done, the family will be assessed at least one month’s
fees.
