General Information you will find useful regarding tryouts:

many times a week as you want to your group's practices. Generally
they are at the same time, but sometimes they vary. You will need
to check the Coho Practice Schedule

Minnows 1 practice at SRC
from 5:30pm - 6:15pm.
Minnows 2 practice at SRC
from 6:15pm - 7:00pm.
Bronze practice at DHS from
7:00pm - 8:00pm.
Did not make it to Registration? Follow these steps to start
Coho again in the Fall
Step #1: Click the giant red button to download the Fall 2016
registration form, and fill it out.
Step #2: Schedule a time to drop off the form at SRC with Coach
Jeff. You can only drop the
form off at SRC with an actual member of the Coho staff. We must
physically accecpt your registration form.
Step #3: Update your account on www.teamcoho.org with your
payment information (credit card or debit). You will be charged for
the USA Swimming Fee, and the Coho group fee (which is different
for each group).

The minimum skill requirements for Coho
are: Individuals ages 5 and over must be able to swim 1
length of freestyle with rhythmic breathing (face in the water,
turning the head to the side to breathe), 1 length of backstroke,
demonstrate basic breaststroke, be able to go underwater to the
bottom of the pool in the shallow end, and be comfortable swimming
in the deep end. Swimmers who can successfully complete this
