RENEW or JOIN FOR 2010 -- Online
registration opens November 1, 2009
NOTICE:
MARYLAND NO LONGER SENDS USMS CARDS TO REGISTERED SWIMMERS. Swimmers
should print their own cards by following the instructions below or
contact your coach/team representative for help. Your
coach/team representative can print your card for
you.
Welcome to the Maryland LMSC (Local Masters Swimming
Committee). We are excited about your interest in
joining. Please follow all steps below.
1. First, you must know the name of the team within
Maryland you are joining (unless you are joining as
"Unattached"). Your team representative can let you know your
team name and USMS 4-character designator. (Or,
alternatively, a list of teams is presented during step #2
below). If your team has multiple workout
locations, you’ll need to know your workout location, too.
2. Visit USMS to
register or renew your registration with USMS. There is a fee
involved, and you will need a credit card.
Afer you register, print your USMS card:
a. Visit USMS
b. Towards the bottom
of the page, click "Are you already registered for this year and
need your current USMS Registration Number for entering a
meet?"
c. Select option
2: Registration Card Form.
d. Complete Membership
Card Request form.
