To join Parkway Swim Club you must do the following:

1. Attend a try-out session at the start of the season or during a scheduled try out.
   1. July 21 at Parkway West High School from 7:00 - 8:30 am
   2. July 22 at Parkway West High School from 4:30 - 6:15 pm
   3. July 28 at Parkway West High School from 7:00 - 8:30 am
   4. July 29 at Parkway West High School from 4:30 - 6:15 pm
       
2. Download all the required registration forms.
   1. Senior Program Registration
   2. Age Group Program Registration
   3. Medical Information and Release
      
      
3. Complete all required forms
   1. Membership Application
   2. Medical Information & Consent
   3. Release & Waiver of Liability Claim
   4. Financial Commitment Form
      
      
4. Attach all necessary checks and payments
   1. Registration & Dues: Payable to the Parkway Swim Club
   2. USA Registration & Insurance: Payable to the PKWY Boosters
   3. Family Membership Fee: Payable to the PKWY Boosters
      
      
5. Mail all the above Registration Information and Payments to: The Parkway Swim Club at 12657 Fee Fee Road, St. Louis, MO 63146
