FINANCIAL
North County Aquatics (NCA) is a non-profit organization. Our
financial policies are designed to meet the needs of the club.
Neither NCA as a whole, nor any individual member - with the
exception of the coach or coaches - derives any personal gain from
the fees and dues collected by NCA.
Throughout the year NCA encounters continual financial obligations
in its attempts to provide an adequate swim program for all
interested persons. These expenses range from pool rental, coaches
salaries, insurance, taxes, travel expenses, office and pool
supplies, to section/national fees and other routine operating
expenses. When extra funds are available they are used to purchase
additional equipment or other special items to benefit the swimming
program.

Family discount: $10.00 discount per month for each additional
family member.
FAQ
When are payments due?
Monthly dues are to be prepaid for each month. Monthly dues
are to be paid by the 1st of every month (one month ahead). A
late fee of $10.00 will be assessed any swimmer whose dues have not
been paid by the 20th of each prior month. No swimmer will be
allowed in the water as of the 1st of the month if payment in
full has not been received.
If my swimmer swims only part of the month do I have to pay
for the whole month?
There is no prorating or adjustment of dues. You
must pay for the entire month even if you swim only one day of the
month.
We only swim in the summer do we have to pay dues all year
?
Seasonal Swimmers are not responsible for
fundraising or monthly dues when swimmers are not in the pool. They
are responsible for fundraising and monthly dues
when swimmers are active.
- 2. USS Membership Registration
Required for all swimmers.

- 3. Yearly Equipment Fee
- A yearly fee of $20.00/family. This money goes directly towards
the purchase of new equipment for NCA. In previous years, the
equipment fee has purchased a new printer/photocopier for the
office, two new pace clocks and swimmer fins.
- 4. Membership Activation Fee
- All new and returning inactive members pay a $20.00 fee to
activate their membership.
