This team is for children ages 6-17. Swimmers’ skills will be evaluated by one of the coaches prior to admission to the team. If you would like to register your Child(ren) with the Fayetteville Flying Fish Swim Team, please read the information below and complete the attached registration pages. Thank you

Enrollment Fee       $25.00

This is a one time fee

Monthly Swim Fee    $90.00 As of September 1st
 

Annual USA Swimming Fee    $52.00

This fee covers insurance during practices and swim meets.

Swim Fins (Recommended by Coach Oscar)

Kiefer Power Fin - $22.95 (Kiefer #8000080) Used during practice.

Birth Certificate

A copy of the swimmers birth certificate must be provided and kept on file with the team manager.
