A 10% Seasonal
discount applies to dues paid in full
within the first two weeks of a Season. Both Short Course(SC) and
Long Course (LC) Seasonal fees are available. However,
swimmers wanting Short Course Seasonal Dues must notify
Treasurer by August 15. Long Course Season is
April-August. Notification of LC Seasonal Dues must be made
by March 15 and payment for LC Seasonal is April 1,
2010.

Yearly Administration Fee
$30/swimmer
charged in September or at sign up.
Yearly OSI registration fee
$56/swimmer
charged in October each year, must be paid within one month of
being in the water.
Swim
Meet Fees
Each Meet is
charged per individual meet entry form. (IThere is a $3.00 OSI
swimmer surcharge, $2/event, and sometimes a pool usage
fee).
Also, a
Coaches daily fee is charged per swimmer per
meet
$5/swimmer/day for Seasonal meets and State
Meets
$12/swimmer/day for Championship Meets ($45
cap)
*Swimmers
who have signed up for a meet but are unable to attend are still
responsible for the meet fees but no Coache’s
fee.
Fundraising Obligation
$15/swimmer/month swam. Raising the money at
Aquathon, Sally Foster Sales, Heat Sheet Ads at Roseburg Meet, and
other RST sponsored fundraisers can offset this
obligation. Fundraising is billed Quarterly.
Any remaining balance is billed in August. The
Fundraising Financial Year runs from September 1, 2009 to August
31, 2010.
Volunteer
Obligation
Families are required to
volunteer 10 hours a year. Volunteering includes timing at
swim meets, officiating at meets, working at
fundraising events and serving on committees.
A $10/hr fee is charged at the end of the LC Season if
required volunteer hours for the year are not met (max
$100).
