All you need to do is print the forms below, bring your swimmer to a placement time starting September 21, 2009 - May 29, 2010 any Tuesday or Thursday at the Center of Clayton 6:15pm or Monday at Westminster Christian Academy at 4:45pm  or Wednesday at Westminster Christian Academy at 5:45pm.  June 1- August 12, 2010 on Monday and Wednesday at Shaw Park Aquatic Center 8:30am and  then return the forms to CSP 2627 Hope Avenue St. Louis, MO 63143 to enhance your fitness, make new friends and have fun!
