There is no prorating for returning team members who join late in a session. Partial refund of a session will be awarded only if a swimmer is injured or sick, and is unable to swim for more than 4 consecutive weeks.

The Marlins swim team is one of the programs of the Rafael Racquet and Swim Club (RRSC). The RRSC is a member owned club that allows the general public to register and participate in most of its programs. Still, under no circumstances shall a non-RRC member use the facility outside of class time unless registered as a guest of a RRSC member.
