Fall & Winter Short course and Spring & Summer Long Course Season

We welcome new swimmers throughout the course of the year. A new swimmer may join at any time. We are a year round swim team and have a winter/short course season and a summer/long course season.

To join the team, all swimmers must pay a registration fee (which includes your USA Swimming fee) and their monthly dues. 

In addition to swim fees, all swim families are required to participate in our team fundraising events. Minimum family fundraising levels must be raised by each family. 

The team also has a limited number of financial scholarships for qualifying individuals. Please request information regarding the qualifying criteria from Kim Collett,

FAMILY FUNDRAISING MINIMUM COMMITMENTS
Over the years, it has become apparent that most families’ life styles are fully committed to work, children, school events and extracurricular activities. To facilitate the desires to provide a top-notch swim program, reward our experienced coaching staff with good wages, and, at the same time keep our monthly swim fees reasonable, we need to raise funds. This year our major fundraising events will be the H2A Swim Marathon, Sally Foster, Elk’s Club Spaghetti Dinner, and Birdies for Charity.
Our goal is to provide the team with necessary monies to meet our budgetary needs meanwhile keeping our family participation requirements reasonable. Because our annual swim dues do not equal our annual expenses, we must supplement team swim dues with fundraising monies. The fundraising monies help pay for pool lane rental, team equipment, a portion of our coaches’ s salaries and meet travel expenses, all administrative costs and money being set aside for a new pool. There is so much we can do for our swimmers by fundraising.

Family fundraising minimums are stated below. These minimums do not add up to the $30,000 we are required to raise this year. We need all of you to go above and beyond so that a spring fundraiser will not be required. We will provide ways in which you can achieve your family minimum financial requirements.

In addition to the Swim Marathon and Sally Foster Gift Wrap, we invite families to meet their family minimum by signing on a Team Corporate Sponsor. We have 5 corporate sponsor levels. Family Fundraising Minimum Levels
The amount of each family’s assigned minimum fundraising commitment is dependent upon which swim Group your highest-level swimmer is enrolled in at the beginning of the fundraising drive. If you do not raise your minimum, we will invoice you for the balance after each fundraising event. All payments for fundraisers are TAX DEDUCTIBLE.

We encourage all of our families to participate in our fundraising events because they help build team camaraderie and swimmer bonding. This swim team is your team.  Each family has the entire Season (until July 30th) to satisfy these minimums.
