Dues
can be paid at one time in September to get a 10% discount as
shown. The other option is 9 pro-rated payments from
September to May that will be automatically billed from your TAC
account unless you join after October -- then your options are
Monthly (including summer) or remaining portion of Annual
dues.

Discount of 30% applies toward 2nd child.

No additional fundraising responsibility for families whose oldest
swimmer is under 9 years of age!
Other Fees (Dues):
TAC
Registration Fee: $50.00 per family per year.
USA Registration (annual fee paid in November): $63.00 per
swimmer. Each swimmer becomes a member of USA Swimming and is
provided liability coverage while at practices and
meets.
Electronic payments are now
required. You are required to maintain a bank
account or credit card on file for any team charges. If you
have questions concerning your dues, please contact the TAC
Treasurer, Debbie Porter at dporter@tcc.edu.
If a
TAC swimmer plans on practicing at the Greenbrier YMCA, they are
required to join the YMCA.
Meet Entry Fees:
Meet entry fees are paid by TAC in advance of a meet. After
the meet, parents are billed for their entry fees to reimburse the
team for the payment made in advance. The meet entry fees
appear on your monthly invoice.
Service
Responsibilities
Each
TAC family has to earn 9 service points during the year, by
volunteering at one of our three swim meets or helping put up/take
down the cover at the Greenbrier YMCA pool.
Additional Fundraising
Affordable dues will not cover the cost of
swimming year round, so we require each family (with oldest
swimmer 9 years old or older) to support the team by
either volunteering for our Bingo operation (approximately every
third Wednesday evening) or paying a fee/finding sponsors totaling
$2,000 per year.
