EBSC Website Tutorial: How do I View my Swimmer's Meets?

Once you have logged into the EBSC website (www.ebsc.org) you will be able to locate swimmer meet information in two locations.

1. From the “Upcoming Eventsý box in the lower right hand corner of the home page.

2. From the “Events/Meetsý tab along the top banner of the homepage.

(Note: you must be logged in as a registered user to find this information).

Our new website works differently than the old one. Below are the steps to viewing your athlete’s events for any given meet once they have been entered by the coaching staff:

1. Click on the “Events/Meetsý tab.
2. On the Events/Meets page, scroll down to the meet date you wish to view.
3. Below the meet date, you will see a box that reads “Attend this Eventý (Think of this button as reading “View this Eventý rather than “Attend this Eventý as you have already told us which meets you want your swimmer entered into.)
4. Scroll down the page until you find the name of your swimmer.
5. Click on your swimmer’s name. 

Do not be alarmed…You will see a message that reads that the registration deadline for this meet has already passed. Just click on “OKý to continue.

6. Also note that while Team Unify (our website provider) has designed this next page to look like you (as the parent) are responsible for your swimmer’s meet entry, EBSC does not use the site in this way. 

Your child’s coaches will enter him or her in the appropriate events with the correct seed times for you.

Instead, overlook the miscellaneous info and simply scroll down to the events listed on this page (Athlete Event Sign Up). The events marked “APPROVEDý with the small red check marks are the ones which your swimmer has been entered in for this particular meet.
