Billing clarifications

 
What is the due date: 1st of every month.

Late fee: the late fee will be applied if payment has not been received by the time the next invoice gets produced, which is on the 21st of every month.

Payment structure:                                                                                                                                                              Competition groups- the total payment is divided by 8.                                                                                                  The billing months are October, November, December, January, February, March, April, May.  Pre-Competition groups- the total payment for each session is divided by 2.                                                         The billing months for Session 1 are October and November.                                                                                    The billing months for Session 2 are December and January.
