The Napa Valley Swim Team recently started its short-course season with the Junior+ Meet in Pleasanton.

The small squad of senior level swimmers (age 13-and-over) was paced by Chardonnay Biter-Mundt, who earned fourth-place finishes in the girls division in both the 50- and 100-yard freestyles in strong early season times of 24.89 and 53.77, respectively.

The Napa Valley Swim Team is back in action at the Terrapins Senior Trials/Finals Meet on the weekend of Nov. 7-9 in Concord.
