California Parks and Recreation Society District II has chosen CCA President, Dave Larsen, to receive their 2009 "Champion of the Community Award".  Dave was nominated for this award by the City of Roseville for his unwavering commitment to the RAC Scoreboard Project.  Dave was the driving force behind the project from the vision, fundraising, and partnerships to the installation and implementation of this major upgrade to our facility.  Congratulations Dave!
