Be sure to note change in Long Course Schedule.  We will no longer be attending the NCAC meet May 15-17, their meet would not have been open to all WOW swimmers.  Instead swimmers will attend meets in Charlotte("A" swimmers) or Goldsboro(BB/B/C swimmers) based on eligibility.
