FRAC is looking for a part time Head Coach, with ASCUS Level II or
III coaching. This position is open March 1, 2009. FRAC is located
in northern California, 45 minutes from Sacramento and 1 ½
hours from Lake Tahoe. We are a small, but growing team of about 60
year round swimmers and 120 seasonal swimmers. FRAC practices in a
new 10 lane state of the art facility in Yuba City. Coaching
Responsibilities would include 5-7 practices per week; traveling to
meets and competitions (weekend would be required); overseeing and
development of all aspects of the age group and senior levels of
the program; assisting with team fundraising; maintaining team
roster and attendance records; communication with swimmers and
parents. This job is perfect for the enthusiastic and knowledgeable
coach who is looking to continue to develop a competitive swim
team. Prior coaching and competitive swimming experience desired.
