TMEC is always looking for ways to improve.  The coaches and board have set some goals that we would like to share.

Goals and Progress

1. Keep percentage of time drops in competition above 65% - On average YES we are making this goal.

2. Increase both Home Meet and Travel Meet participation by precentage of whole team - Home Team NO, but Travel Team YES.

3. Have 50% of TMEC qualified with TMT’s by summer’s end - Not Yet but its going up. This is the most ambitious goal. If we make this we are doing truly great. We are at 88 swimmers Travel Team qualified. Right now we need 33 more swimmers qualified to make 50%, but we keep adding new swimmers to the team. You better get those kids in a home meet because the team is counting on it.
