Barracuda Swimmers atop competition at West Coast Aquatics C/B/A+ meet held at Independence High School in San Jose April 18-19:

Colleen Mayone (13) established pole position at the 300 mark of the 400 meter freestyle and never relinquished the lead to take first place in the female open division (13-18) with a time of 4:56.61. 

Her time of 10:17.92 in the 800 meter freestyle captured 2nd place in the open division (13-18).

Parker Costa (10) and Jackson Klarsfeld (9) placed 1-2 in the 9-10 boy’s 200 meter freestyle with a 2:36.98 and 2:47.99 respectively.
