Amendment to USA Swimming Rules for Shallow Diving



USA Swimming has made some changes that will take place on May 1, 2009 regarding diving in shallow water.  They consider anything shallower than 6’ of water to be shallow water.  So to help prevent injury to swimmers they are requiring all swimmers to be certified in shallow diving.  To adhere to the USA Swimming guidelines we will be conducting the required certifications over the next couple of weeks.
