OBX Warm Up Schedule

 

We are split into 3 sessions daily.

Warm Up Schedule:

                    Early AM (11-12)          Mid Day (10&U)        Afternoon (13&0)

Saturday           7:00                                 10:45                           3:45

Sunday             6:30                                 10:55                           3:00

 

Please be there 15 minutes before the warmup listed above.

We also have the need for 1 timer throughout the Saturday early AM shift.
