ANNUAL T-SHIRT DESIGN
CONTEST
Calling All Artists! Swimmers this is your
chance to put your creativity to use and make a T-shirt design that
your fellow Sharks will vote on for next summer’s
T-shirt!
THE DEADLINE FOR ALL T-SHIRT DESIGN IS FRIDAY
JUNE 26th!!!
ALL ENTRIES MUST
BE DELIVERED TO ANGELA
THOMPSON’S HOUSE ONLY! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE
THEM TO THE COACHES OR ANY BOARD MEMBER AT PRACTICE (EVEN
ANGELA).
The artist needs to remain anonymous until a winner is
announced.
It is much easier and fair if all of us do not
know who the artist is.

FROM TEAM POOL: Go towards Kuykendahl. Pass stop sign (Cypress
Hill) then at next street (Mantana Dr) Take a RIGHT. At the first
Street (El James Dr) take a LEFT and it is the FIRST HOUSE on the
right hand side corner.
RULES FOR T-SHIRT CONTEST DESIGN
ENTRY:
1) MUST BE
DONE ON 8 1/2" X 11" WHITE PAPER
2)
YOU CAN USE UP TO THREE (3) COLORS IN YOUR
DESIGN
3) SWIMMERS
ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO CAN ENTER THE CONTEST (However,everyone will
be able to vote at party)
4) YOUR NAME
CANNOT BE WRITTEN ANYWHERE ON THE
DESIGN
NOT ON THE FRONT OR BACK OF
PAPER!!! THIS IS AN ANONOYMUS CONTEST AND DESIGNS WILL BE VOTED ON
BY THEIR QUALITY AND NOT ARTIST! PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR NAME
ON ANY PART OF YOUR DESIGN!
IT WILL BE
ERASED FOR FAIRNESS!
5) YOU MUST
TURN IN YOUR DESIGN IN THE DESIGNATED DROP BOX ON ANGELA
THOMPSON’S FRONT PORCH BY FRIDAY, JUNE 26TH. Do
not try to give the design to anyone! Drop off your design for it
to be accepted into the contest.
6) DO NOT
LEAVE YOUR DESIGN WITH THE COACHES AND/OR ANY BOARD
MEMBERS (EVEN Angela).
ALSO, When
leaving your design in the drop off box on Angela
Thompson’s porch, PLEASE DO NOT RING and/or KNOCK
ON HER DOOR! In trying to keep the competition fair, it
is better that she and no one else know who the artist is. It
helps keep the competition anonymous and she and her family would
like to be surprised as the rest of the team on who the winner will
be.
7) WINNER
WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT THE TEAM PARTY/AWARDS CEREMONY ON
MONDAY 6/29/09
If you have any other

However, please do not give her your design in person. Please
just drop any designs off at her home in the designated box and be
sure you do not have your name written on either side of your
design.
