13 Team Records Fall at the June Invite Champs

On June 22-26^th - 13 Team Records were broken at the June Invitational Meet. Trent Pellini (10) broke 6 team records including the 50 Fr, 100 Fr, 200 Fr, 50 breast, 100 breast, and 200 IM. Trent was also the top scorer with 107.5 Points by placing 1^st 50 breast with the time of 41.23. 2^nd in the 100 breast, 100 free, 3^rd in the 200 free, 50 fr and 4^th in the 200 IM. Trent’s times are now ranked among the top times listed for his age group in all of Southern California Swimming.

Christina Santala (13) was the team’s top female points scorer with 60. Christina placed 5^th in her 100 backstroke with a new Sectional qualifying time of 1:10.27 and broke her own record time by more than 3 seconds. Christina also placed 9^th in the 200 back with a time of 2:33.56.

Hailey Chisholm (16) Broke the 400 IM record by 2 seconds and placed 13^th. She placed 7^th in the 100 and 200 breast.

Leah Atkins (12) Placed 2^nd in the 50 free is the highest place for a Dolphin female swimmer
