Sign Up Directions for Divisionals and All Stars

For the end-of-season meets (Divisionals and All-Stars), we have slight change in registration capabilities/requirements for you.  Due to the fact that swimmers are more significantly limited in their entries for these meets, we are enabling/asking parents/swimmers to choose their events for these two meets.

Remember, swimmers may swim in either Divisionals or All-Stars, but not both.  If you do not choose events and you are committed to attend, the coaches will select your events for you.  Once the deadline passes for registrations, entries will not be changed.

The limit guidelines are as follows:

-           Swimmers must have participated in the event and received a time during a regular dual meet

-           Swimmers who have qualified for All-Stars in 2 or more events may only swim in All-Stars

-           Swimmers who have qualified for All-Stars in 1 event may swim that event in All-Stars OR swim other events in Divisionals (they may not swim the event in which they qualified at Divisionals)

-           Swimmers may swim in a maximum of 2 of the following:  Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly

-           Swimmers may also swim in the Individual Medley (IM)

To register and choose your events, please take the following steps:

1)       Go to the appropriate event (Divisionals or All-Stars) and click on “Attend this Event”.

2)       Click on the swimmer’s name and select that they will attend.

3)       Select the events for which they would like to be entered.

a.        Note:  If the Best Time noted is an “NT” or is in red, they are not eligible to swim that event (If you are working on the Divisionals sign-up, red means that they have qualified for All-Stars in that event; in the All-Stars sign-up, red means that they did not qualify)

4)       Click on “Save Changes”

To enable you to take these steps, we have re-opened the Divisionals sign-up until Midnight Tonight (Wednesday, July 15).  We will get the results from tonight’s meet uploaded as quickly as possible so that you can make any adjustments if your swimmer qualifies for All-Stars tonight.  Because of the extremely tight deadline to complete entries for Saturday by mid-day tomorrow, we need to close registration at midnight.

For All-Stars, you have until Thursday at midnight to complete entries.  Line-ups for All-Stars are due to the league on Friday.
