To All B.E.S.T Families,
Just as a reminder and to let you know…if you have not yet
purchased tickets for the Awards Banquet, you may still do so by
paying (by check to ‘Boulder Elks’) at the concession
stand at the Elks Pool. Please also write in your name and #
attending. You will need to pay by Thursday evening, July
23rd. Again, the Awards Banquet will be Sunday, July 26th
from 4:00-8:00PM. Pasta Jays will be catering this

We wanted to let you know that we are now selling tickets for
our End of Season Awards Banquet which is going to be held at the
Boulder Elks Swim Club on Sunday, July 26th from 4:00P till
8:00P. We encourage everyone involved with the Elks Swim Team
to please be a part of this annual event celebrating and
recognizing the effort and commitment your kids have put in to
another fantastic season.
This year, Pasta Jays will be catering this event. In
addition to a great dinner, there will also be a cash bar
available. Prices for tickets are $12 for adults and kids
over 5, and $5 for kids 5 and under. Tickets will be
available at swim team practices and our next meet at Mesa (July
18th). Tickets need to be purchased by July 24th in order to
reserve your place.
Following dinner, we will conduct our awards ceremony and present a
slide show. We encourage parents to submit their favorite
photos.
