New Volunteer Hours Program

Starting this season, KKW will be tracking volunteer hours from our membership to encourage easier organization of activities and added support for our swimmers.  Each family is responsible for a minimum of 40 hours, August 21 through August 20 of the following year, and will be billed $10 per hour for any shortfall.

It is very important that all members use the website to sign-up for jobs - we want to give you credit for your time!  The job signups on the website will list the number of hours each job entails.  You will be able to follow your yearly progress through your own account.  There will also be additional listings for annual jobs (Board Members, Newsletter editor, Swim Shop Coordinator, etc.) which will total the maximum number of hours.  Currently, Coach Martin is the coordinator for the volunteer program, so please contact him with any questions.

Also remember that 40 hours is the bare minimum that we need from each family.  Every time you lend a hand, you demonstrate to a swimmer that their activity is important to you.
