Dryland will be held every Sunday
at 9am at the Wheaton Regional Park in Silver Spring, MD. I
strongly encourage every athlete to participate and I know this
year the will be better then ever. More jumping, more sweating, and
a lot more fun! Dryland is not only about getting in shape but also
working with your fellow athletes and learning other technical
skills that will translate over to the ski slope. Please do
not hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have. I

park address is 2002 Shorefield Road, Silver Spring, MD
20902 (just north of University Blvd & Georgia
Ave). Please note this is NOT the Wheaton Athletic
Complex. This is the picnic area off Georgia Avenue.
Several people requested we move the location to a place
more accessbile for the Ellicot City/Baltimore members.
We will meet at picnic area ‘A,’ to the left when you
enter the circle.
Again for liability reasons, all participants
must be members of USSA and must have paid the $52 LMRT membership
fee. Both can be done online this year.
