Register your swimmer for the fall season
beginning at 6:00 p.m at Lee Elementary School cafeteria.
Stay for the annual meeting and bring a dessert to
share for the Long Course Awards Banquet. Every
swimmer will be recognized so be sure to come and help us celebrate
all of the hard work they have done this season!
The schedule follows:
6:00 – 6:45 Registration
ALL
swimmers must re-register each fall. To expedite this process,
please log on to your account online and complete and/or
correct all of your information BEFORE the day of
registration. This
includes: Billing,
Guardian, and Insurance/Emergency Information for your account as
well Medical Information for EACH swimmer in your family. In order to complete
registration and for your
swimmer to be eligible to swim at practice on September 14, all
account information must be updated, the financial agreement
signed, and the US Swimming Registration form completed along with
payment. In addition,
any outstanding account balances need to be paid in full.
6:45 – 7:30 Annual Meeting
Please plan to attend the annual
meeting. We will elect
new board members and vote to approve the 2009-2010 budget. We also plan to have team
apparel available for you to view, and will explain the new late
payment policy.

Dessert Awards Banquet
We will be celebrating the success of
our swimmers during this past Long Course Season. Every swimmer on the team will be
recognized and receive a certificate whether or not they competed
in any swim meets.
This is a fun event, so
please bring a dessert to share and help us support the hard
work of our kids!
