2009-2010 Registration Forms Now Available

Registration forms for the 2009-2010 year are available online under the documents tab.  Copies will also be available on pool deck. 

If you are already a member of CCAC and are renewing your membership only complete the Family Communication Information on page 7 if there are changes, otherwise write same as prior year at the top of the page.  Please remember that the e-mail address you provide is very important, make sure the one you provide is one that you check on a regular basis.
