Fall season!
KS pool sites
(Southland)
We have a few
changes next week due to SMEast and BV construction.
The first two weeks
of the season will be focused on stroke technique and swim
goals.
Your swimmer needs
to attend practice with running shoes and dry land workout attire,
goggles, towel, bathing cap and fins. We have a couple dozen
fins available for sale. You need to contact Bonnie to order
them so we can have them at the pool for you next week. These fins
retail for $28 but we have a special team rate of $22.00. You need
to email Bonnie with your shoe size. Example: I have wide feet and
wear size 8.5, so I will fit in a 7-9 or 9-11. Swimmers need
to bring socks to wear with their fins. After you order Bonnie will
bill your account.
*JO-East site will
be held at Homestead CC from 5-7pm, Monday thru Thursday; Sat
7-9am.

you will be at SM WEST:
