Welcome to the
2009-2010 season. We are starting it off with a
bang.
Evergreen Swim
Club is pleased to announce we now have online billing. Your
ESC bill will now be automatically billed to you on the 21st of
each month for the following month. In efforts for the club
to "GO GREEN" and lower team costs, all team members will
get their bill sent to them via their email. If you need to
have your bill sent to you by mail, please contact Jeff Pearson
at jeffp@taylorshellfish.com or
789-4500.
The benefits of
this new system.... you will now be able to see at all times your
current balance and what items are on your statement. Payments
and past statements are also available to you. No more
quessing on what amount you owe. 
Check it out! We are sure you will like
it.
If you have any
questions regarding your bill, as always contact Jeff. Your
payments are stilled to be mailed to the team or turned in at the
parents meetings.
If you have not
yet received or lost your team website password, contact Tamarah
Hoffman at tamhoffman@aol.com or
866-9392. She is willing to walk you through any aspect of
the website and give you any help you
need.
The first day
back in the pool is September 9th. We will be celebrating
with the Back to the Pool BBQ after practice. The
club will be cooking up hamburger and hotdogs to kick off the
season. Sign up and let us know your family can attend ( so
we know how many hamburgers/hotdogs to buy) by putting the number
in the note section of "attend this event". You can also sign
up on "job sign up" to bring the salads, desserts.
etc.
The 2009-2010
contract is now available online. The contract is revise to
ELMINATE the team registration fee. The 2009-2010 USA fee is
$61 and will be charged to your account in Nov. for returning
members. For all summer swimmers, who USA fee
is up in August, the fee will be due in Sept.
Please download the contracts online under "membership info"
Age group contract and bring your contract AND updated Medical form
to the BBQ. David Hougan, our registrar, will be there to
collect forms.
Tiffany Wright, will also be on hand, to help with
ordering any equipment or suits you may need for the upcoming
season.
