Dues payment invoices may be sent to each member via email on or about the 1st of each month. These notices will not be mailed or provided by any other means. To receive these notices a member must provide the TMEC Dues Director with a valid email address. Failing to receive these notices, for any reason, does not relieve the member of the dues payment responsibilities indicated in the following paragraph.
Dues payments are due on the 1st and late on the 11th of each month. Payments received after the 10th will incur a $25.00 late charge. Late payments, including the late charge, must be delivered prior to the swimmer/s attending practice. If dues payments (along with any additional fees such as prior past dues, late fees, swim meet fees, etc.) are not received by the 10th of the month, then the swimmers of the TMEC Members who are not current on their account will not be able to participate in practice or swim meets as of the 11th of the month until such account is paid in full. Prorated or partial payment of dues will be returned as unpaid. Account(s) taking a full month(s) of practice off must notify the Dues Director, a minimum of, 30 days in advance by e-mail or mail for dues waiver consideration.
Checks returned (bounced) will incur additional charges. TMEC must be reimbursed for charges that the club’s financial institution levies against the club’s account and a $25.00 late fee may apply if the returned check results in a payment received after the 10th of the month.
Dues payments may be made by placing payments in the coach’s box, on deck, in the folder marked for dues. Dues may also be placed in the club filing cabinet at the CommunityRecreationCenter in a similarly marked folder. Dues payments may also be mailed to the club address:
