SAC Parents:
We recently conducted a SAC member survey. One of the
recommendations from our parents is to increase the level of club
communication. We appreciate your feedback and we do listen.
The President
of the board of directors – Gene Dafoe- and the SAC Board
invite you to a Scottsdale Aquatic
Club parent meeting.
We are offering two meeting
times, so please choose one date and time that works best for you.
The Saturday meeting will be in-doors in the aerobics room next to
the weight room at the pool. If at all possible, please try to
attend this meeting. As an alternative, if you can’t make the
Saturday meeting we will hold a meeting the following
Monday.
The
meeting topics include: volunteer program changes, fundraising,
electronic billing, policy updates, parent handbook, the use of the
web site, and overall communication. We also welcome any questions
you may have.
The
meetings will last 45 minutes to an hour.
Saturday
9-26-09, at 9:00 AM (Location: Aerobics room next to the
weight room at the pool)
Monday
9-28-09, at 5:30 PM (Location: Outside the snack room
at the picnic tables).
