Ordering swimming equipment and practice suits:
Please make sure your swimmer has the equipment they need for
practice. Don’t forget correctly sized fins for those
growing feet. Equipment requirements can be found on the
“Swim Groups” page of the website. Questions? Ask
Coach Jon or Coach Mike.

CAT Board Meeting scheduled: The next CAT Board
meeting will be held at 7:30pm on September 13, 2009 at 102
Princess Caroline Street, Clemson. All CAT members are
invited and encouraged to attend.
Practice CANCELLED: There will be no practice for
any of the squads on Monday, September 7 (Labor Day).
The normal practice schedule will resume on Tuesday, September
8.
BiLo, Ingles & Scrip: BiLo and Ingles cards are
available from Gina McCarty at the pool each day in $25, $50, $100,
& $200 increments. Orders for gift cards available
from UnitedScrip are due each Tues by 7pm. Your order will be
ready by 5pm each Thurs. Order forms can be found on the CAT
website or at the Fike in the file drawer. Questions? Ask

Fitter and Faster Tour: The Swim Champions Fitter
& Faster Tour, benefiting the USA Swimming Foundation,
continues this month with clinics in North Carolina, Georgia,
Arizona and California. The schedule for the tour is as
follows:
Sept 13: Charlotte, NC and Sunnyvale, CA
Sept 19: Atlanta, GA (Dynamo) and Tucson, AZ
Sept 20: Atlanta, GA (Swim Atlanta) and
Phoenix, AZ
