Base Pass Information!! Please Read!!!

The first day of swim practice will be Tuesday, 9/8 for Senior swimmers, 9/11 for Junior swimmers and 9/15 for the Gold, Silver and Bronze swimmers.

It is imperative that Cindy have all the pass paperwork by Tuesday, 9/1.  She needs to sign them and get everything over to the visitor center so it can be entered in the computer.  We (Storm) need to compile a list of our registered families - alphabetical order, last name first and send to her on Thursday, 9/3. This is the way you will be allowed access onto the base for the week of 9/8.  If you’re not on the list, you’re not getting on base.  No exceptions!

On Saturday, 9/12, the visitor center will be open for us from 9-12 to allow us to have our pictures taken for our id.  Any driver in the family who may be driving a swimmer must have an id and you MUST have filled out a form for each driver in your family.  This includes those swimmers who drive.  The ID is not attached to a vehicle - it is an ID to allow you access to the base. Any one who does not have a photo ID on Monday, 9/14 will not be allowed on base.  If Saturday the 12th is not convenient, they must go to the visitor center during their regular hours the week of 9/8 to have their picture taken.  The Saturday date is strictly for Storm families. This pass will only allow you access to Ft.Dix in order to use the indoor pool. You can not use the pass to get onto McGuire Air Force Base.
