Attention CA Families;
We are having our first team outing on Sept 27th at
Sesquicentennial State Park (weather permitting) at 3 PM until
you would like to leave. It is going to be a great opportunity for
all of our families and kids to get together outside of the pool.
At the park they have a lake where people can fish and boat. If you
do not have a fishing pole you can rent one and you can rent
paddles boats and canoes if you would like to. There is plenty of
open space for the kids to run and play and there are even bike and
walking trails if anyone would like to do a little exercising while
we are there. This is a great opporunity for everyone to meet some
new people, to have a relaxing afternoon, and it should be alot of
fun.
If you would like to attend it will cost each family $5. This is to
cover the cost of the hot dogs and hamburgers that our master chef
Keith Price will be grilling for everyone. We do also ask everyone
to please bring a side dish of some sort, drinks, or other items
that we might need at the cook out. There will be a sign up list at
the USC pool this week on the CA board in the stands. After this
week there will be a sign up sheet at both pools where people can
sign up and designate what they are bringing. We are looking to
begin eating around 5:00 PM.
This outing is not a madatory function but we hope to see everyone
