WMST Announcements: New Practice times, Swimming 101

Announcements this week:

[1]NEW ADDITIONAL PRACTICES ADDED TO THE WMST PRACTICE SCHEDULE

    CISD Natatorium: 9:00 AM Tues/Thurs:

Note: This is a new COACHED practice held BEFORE the Swimming 101 Class. It replaces the
noncoached practice held last spring at 9:30am during the Beginner Class session.

    CISD Natatorium: 7:30 PM Tues/Thurs

Note: Due to popular demand and lane crowding, we are now offering 2 evening practices on
    Tuesdays and Thursdays,
one held at 6:30 pm and the new practice at 7:30 pm.

Swimmers MUST pick one practice time to attend. They cannot swim both or swim for an 1-1/2 hr
spanning both. Practice start and ending times will be strictly enforced.

Northampton: Changed to 7:00 PM Wednesday evenings (instead of Thursday evenings).

[2] Swimming 101: Starting September 15th, WMST will offer a 10 week/20 session clinic at the CISD Natatorium covering all the strokes in competitive swimming as well as other aspects concerning competitive or fitness swimming for any interested adult (must be able to swim at least 25 yards).
This clinic is also open to WMST members at a reduced cost.

[If you would like to participate in other WMST workouts you must continue your monthly/punch
card WMST dues. WMST will have lanes at 10 am only for those enrolled in Swimming 101. For those wishing to swim on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, please attend the new 9:00 am practice.]

There will be a free trial class for those interested in signing up for Swimming 101 on
Saturday, September 12, 10 – 11 AM at the Natatorium.
