[1]NEW ADDITIONAL
PRACTICES ADDED TO THE WMST PRACTICE SCHEDULE
CISD Natatorium: 9:00 AM
Tues/Thurs:
Note: This is a
new COACHED practice held
BEFORE the Swimming 101
Class. It replaces the
noncoached practice held last spring at 9:30am
during the Beginner Class session.
CISD Natatorium: 7:30 PM
Tues/Thurs
Note: Due to
popular demand and lane crowding, we are now offering 2 evening
practices on
Tuesdays and Thursdays, one held
at 6:30 pm and the new practice at 7:30 pm.
Swimmers MUST pick one
practice time to attend. They cannot swim both or swim for an 1-1/2
hr
spanning both. Practice start and ending times
will be strictly enforced.
Northampton: Changed to 7:00 PM Wednesday
evenings (instead of Thursday evenings).
[2] Swimming
101: Starting September
15th, WMST will offer a 10 week/20 session
clinic at the CISD Natatorium covering all the
strokes in competitive swimming as well as other aspects concerning
competitive or fitness swimming for any interested adult (must be
able to swim at least 25 yards).
This clinic is also open to WMST
members at a reduced cost.
[If you would like to participate in other WMST
workouts you must continue your monthly/punch
card WMST dues. WMST will have lanes at 10
am only for those enrolled in Swimming 101. For those wishing to swim on
Tuesday and Thursday mornings, please attend the new 9:00 am
practice.]
There will be a free trial class
for those interested in signing up for Swimming 101
on
Saturday, September 12, 10
– 11 AM at the Natatorium.

are coming! If you would like to participate in
this FUN YMCA
community-wide event Sunday, Sept. 27th, 2:00 - 6:00
