Parents,
Please mark your calendars for the upcoming PCST
Annual Parent Meeting.
On
Thursday, September 24, 2009 we will be holding our annual PCST
parents meeting. The meeting will be held at GCCC room 137 at 7:00
p.m. During this meeting the board will provide a state of the team
brief and present any pertinent information.
Additionally, the annual PCST board elections
will be held at this meeting. The PCST board consists of 4 elected
officials (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer) and
then 4-5 at large members selected by the Executive
Board.
In
general, we need parents that are interested in continuing to
improve PCST and are willing to be available to volunteer their
time on a regular basis. Additionally, knowledge/capabilities in
the following areas would be very beneficial: management,
organizational structure, accounting, marketing, communication
& law.
If
you have any questions, the following parents currently hold the
elected positions:

Want to Know What Your Skills Are
We
all know you have a special skill that sets you apart from other
parents. :) We need your help as a part-time volunteer! Please
contact the current board at board@panamacityswimteam.com to let us
know what your special skills are and where you would like to help
out the team. Even if you don't think your skill can help us, let
us know anyway because we might still need you. :)
Our
PCST Short Course Invitational Meet is just around the corner, we
are in need of trainee/volunteers in all disciplines; hospitality,
administration, HYTEK, CTS6, officiating, etc. Please contact our
