Everyone,
There are two upcoming Stroke and Turn Clinics planned.
One on Saturday Oct 3rd and the other Sunday Oct 4th. Please
review the information below. If there are any questions,
please contact Ken or Lisa directly. Thanks
There will also be a Stroke and Turn clinic held on Saturday, Oct. 3 at Granite Falls.
The clinic discussion will begin in the Granite Falls classroom at
7:45AM and will last for approximately 45-60 minutes. Then the
attendees will take the deck during the competition and make
observations. Certified officials will be available to walk the
deck and answer questions. The Granite Falls clinic will count
towards the clinic requirement for certification. However, only
sessions worked at sanctioned meets count towards the six session
minimum requirement for certification as a Stroke and Turn official
in NC Swimming. We encourage anyone attending the Granite Falls
clinic to attend the IMX meet on Sunday to get their first official
apprenticeship session and/or to attend the Oct 4 clinic for reinforcement of the
concepts. If you are interested in attending the Granite Falls
clinic, please contact the clinic host/trainer Ken Clark at kennethdclark@bellsouth.net.

Thanks,
Ken
