Ohio Swimming Loses A Great One

 
We have just received word that former Ohio LSC Treasurer, Tim Myers, has passed away this afternoon after fighting cancer for the last couple years. Tim was so crucial in helping bringing the Ohio LSC back to financial security after money was embezzeled and left the LSC broke with many bills still to pay. Tim also served as a long time official in Ohio and in USA Swimming. 
Tim is the father of Whitney Myers who is a long time friend of the Northern Kentucky Clippers dating back to when she swam with the Makos Swim Club in Oxford. She is one of USA Swimming's Top IM performers of all time and was named NCAA's Athlete of the Year in 2007.
