Practice Schedule:
There will be Regular practice every day this week EXCEPT
Thursday, when the Mock Meet will be held.
Mock Meet: Thursday Oct 1, 2009
Hopefully everyone who will be swimming at the mock meet on
Thursday has signed up by now.
The Mock Meet will start with at 5pm. We will do a 30 min
warmup before starting the meet at 5:30pm.
A copy of the Heat sheet will be distributed tomorrow.
We still need another 12 parents to sign up and volunteer to
be lane timers. We cannot run the mock meet without timers. Please
sign up online the same way you signed your child up to swim,
except click on the Job Sign Up button instead of the Attend this
Event button.

New Swimsuit rule
USA Swimming has made changes to the rules regarding swimsuits
in all sanctioned competition. Attached to this email is a letter
to all members regarding the rule change. Please read it if you
have swimmers competing in meets. Swimmers who are not wearing
correct suits will not be allowed to swim in meets.
