Eight SCSC swimmers
participated in the Mutual of Omaha Breakout! Swim Clinic sponsored
by Indiana Swimming at North Central HS last Saturday. Cami & Clare McGrady, Luke
Spencer, Alex McDonald, Jessica Priebe, Alyssa Corp,
Charles Frey & Lauren Odle had the opportunity to practice
their technique and learn valuable lessons from Olympic Gold
Medalists Misty Hyman and Jason Lezak.

The clinic was part of the
Indiana Swimming Annual Meeting which included coaches’
meetings attended by Coach Hesse; a two-day "Women in Coaching
Retreat " presented by Rose Snyder and attended by SCSC coaches
Sarah Dowd, Brittany Sayler, Liz Cuadrado & Judi Bol; a Meet
Director Clinic that SCSC volunteers Jim Franke, Gary McGrady and
Bill Fairfield participated in; a Senior Athlete meeting attended
by Mike Montgomery and the ISI Annual House of Delegates
Meeting at which Coaches
Hesse & Dowd and Mike Montgomery represented SCSC.
