SCM CHAMPIONSHIPS
Walnut Creek Masters took the
team title this past weekend at the SCM Pacific Masters
Championships. We had a great meet and everyone swam well with many
team members recording National and Pacific records, and bringing
home high point honors. Thanks to everyone who came out and
supported the team by swimming and helping out!
MEET RECAP:
We set three NATIONAL relay records,
ten PACIFIC relay records, three INDIVIDUAL NATIONAL records and
six INDIVIDUAL PACIFIC records! We also had ten swimmers win HIGH
POINT in their age group!
INDIVIDUAL
RECORDS:
18-24: Laura Davis set three
NATIONAL
RECORDS in the 100 Fly (1:03.67), 200 IM (2:24.25) and the
200 Fly (2:20.03). Laura also set three PACIFIC RECORDS in her
other events, 50, and 200 Breast (34.53, 2:24.25) and the 100 IM
(1:06.00) Congratulations to Laura for setting a record in all of
her events!
25-29: Kasey Harris set a PACIFIC RECORD 200 IM
(2:27.91.)
30-34: Andrew Dennis set a PACIFIC RECORD in the
50 Back (28.04.)
35-39: Roque
Santos
lowered his own PACIFIC RECORD in the 100
IM (1:01.59.)
