Express Swimmers Perform Well at First Meet

 

At the first meet of the season, the swimmers of the Waukesha Express Swim Team had a great showing. The meet was held on Saturday, October 3, at Waukesha South High School, where 34 swimmers from the Waukesha Express Swim Team held their own against the other swimmers from 15 other clubs. Some of the best swims of the meet included:

 

Jasen Johnson: 1^st in the 100 yard Breaststroke

Noah Potratz: 1^st in the 1000 yard Freestyle

Emily Schwabe: 1^st in the 100 yard Breaststroke, 200 yard Breaststroke, and 400 yard IM

Elizabeth Baertlein: 2^nd in the 100 yard Butterfly

Lucas Kuriga: 2^nd in the 100 yard Butterfly

Max Evansnolan: 3^rd in the 500 yard Freestyle

Daniel Streater: 3^rd in the 100 yard Butterfly

Britt Thornton: 3^rd in the 400 yard IM

 

The next meet for the Waukesha Express swimmers is on October 11 at Waukesha South High School.
