Friday 10/9 Practice Changes

This Friday 10/9 is the Roseville swim meet. Coach Jeff will be at the meet Friday night with all of the distance swimmers. For those swimmers NOT attending the meet there are some changes to the practice times.

Levels 1-3 no dryland, swim 3:30-4:15

Levels 4-6 no dryland, swim 4:15-5:45
